A saved view stores everything that shapes a list: the search, the filters (label filters included), the sort, and the visible columns. Views show as pills above the agent or workflow list. Click one to apply it.

The view pills

The pill that matches the list exactly is highlighted. If you apply a view and then change the list, its pill shows as (modified).

Save a view

1

Shape the list

Search, filter, sort and choose columns until the list shows what you want.
2

Save it

Click Save view and give it a name.
3

Share it, if you can

Tick Share with the organisation to make it an organization view. This needs the manage permission for the list: agents:manage for agents, workflows:manage for workflows.
Names are unique among your own views, and among the organization’s views. Two people can’t create organization views with the same name.

Change a view

After you modify an applied view, the bar next to it offers:
  • Save changes. Updates the view. Available on your own views, and on organization views when you have the manage permission.
  • Save as new. Saves the current list as a new view and leaves the original alone.
  • Save as my own. Shown on a view you can’t edit. It saves your version as a personal view.
Open a pill’s menu to Rename or Delete a view you can edit, or to Share with organisation a personal view.
Deleting an organization view removes it for everyone.

Views and label changes

Views follow your labels. Renaming a label value updates every view that filters on it. Deleting a label key removes its filter, sort and column from every view.
