Once an organization has more than a handful of agents or workflows, you need to find one quickly, group them the way your business thinks about them, and report across those groups. The Agents and Workflows pages give you the same tools for all three:

Labels

Your own dimensions, such as Industry, Client or Region, with the values you choose.

Applying labels

Label one entity inline, hundreds at once, or with AI suggestions you review.

Saved views

Name a search, filter and column set, for yourself or the whole organization.

Exporting

Download the filtered list, or a selection, as CSV with a column per label.

Cards or table

Both pages show your agents or workflows as cards or as a table. Switch with the view toggle next to the search box. The page remembers the choice you make. Until you choose, the page decides for you. An organization with more than 24 agents (or workflows) opens on the table, because the table is where sorting, columns, selection and bulk actions live. Type in the search box to narrow the list as you type. Punctuation is kept, so Acme, Inc finds “Acme, Inc Support”. For a phone number, type at least four digits in any format; (415) 555 and 415555 find the same agents.

Sort

Click a column header to sort by it, and click again to reverse the order. Sorting happens on the server, so it orders your whole list, not just the rows already loaded. A new list sorts newest first, by creation date.

Filters

Click Filters to narrow the list. Active filters show as chips above the table; remove one with its ×, or open the dialog and click Clear all. Every label your agents or workflows use also appears as a filter. See Filtering by label. The header shows how many agents or workflows match, so you always know the size of what you are looking at.

Columns

In the table, click Columns to show or hide columns. Each label key in use gets its own column, which you can show like any other. Search, sort, filters and visible columns live in the page URL. Copy the address to share exactly what you see with a colleague, or bookmark it. A reload keeps the list as it was. For a list you come back to often, save it as a saved view instead.
