Once your organization has label keys, put them on agents and workflows in whichever way fits the job: one at a time while you work, or in bulk from the table.

Label one agent or workflow

Labels show as chips on each card, in the table, and in the header of the agent or workflow page. Click + Label to open the picker:
  1. Choose a key.
  2. Choose a value, or type one. For a key that accepts any value, a new value is created as you set it. For a key with a list of allowed values, only people who manage labels can add a new value from the picker.
The change saves immediately. To remove a label, click the × on its chip. For a key with several values, each value is its own chip. In the table, each label key in use has its own column. Its cells show just the value, since the column header already names the key. Hover a cell to add a value or change it.

Label many at once

In the table:
1

Narrow the list

Search and filter until the list holds what you want to label.
2

Select

Tick rows one by one, or tick the header box to select every loaded row. To go beyond what is loaded, click Select all N matching in the bar that appears.
3

Choose an action

Click Set label to give every selected entity a value, or Clear label to remove a key from all of them.
For a key with several values, Set label asks whether to Add to existing values or Replace them. A bulk change can cover hundreds of agents or workflows in one go.

AI suggestions

For a key with a list of allowed values, Anyreach can propose a value for each selected agent or workflow. It reads an agent’s name, description, company and published instructions, and a workflow’s name and description.
  1. Select up to 500 agents or workflows and click Suggest with AI.
  2. Choose the key. The model only ever picks from that key’s allowed values, and leaves a row blank when nothing fits.
  3. Review the suggestions. Apply them one row at a time, or select them all and apply.
Nothing is written until you apply it. Suggestions need a key with a list of allowed values, so a key that accepts any value can’t be suggested.

Filter by label

Every label your agents or workflows use appears in Filters:
  • Pick one value to show only the entities with it.
  • Pick several values of the same key to show entities with any of them.
  • Filter on several keys to show entities that match all of them.
  • Pick Not set to find entities that don’t have the key yet. This is how you find what still needs labelling.
Label filters combine with search, the other filters and sorting. Save a combination you use often as a saved view.

Sort and report by label

Sort the table by a label column to group entities with the same value together. On the dashboard, the outcomes table can Group by label. It lists each value of the key with its conversations and outcomes, and puts agents without the label in an Unlabelled row. Grouping is offered for keys that take a single value, since a conversation can then count toward exactly one group.
